Job Title: Consulting & Finance Intern
Position Overview:
The Consulting & Finance Intern will work closely with leadership to support research, analysis, marketing, and strategic initiatives across the firm. This role involves conducting market research, supporting investment decision-making, contributing to marketing efforts, and assisting with operational tasks. The position requires strong analytical thinking, creativity, and the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable
insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Research & Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive research on equities and broader financial markets.
Analyze financial statements, industry reports, and macroeconomic trends.
Assist in building and maintaining financial models and valuation frameworks.
Synthesize large amounts of information into clear, actionable insights.
Investment Process:
Identify and evaluate investment opportunities through detailed research and due diligence.
Support the preparation of investment memos, reports, and presentations.
Assist in developing investment theses and recommendations for internal discussions.
Contribute to portfolio analysis by assessing risk and return profiles.
Monitoring & Reporting:
Track performance of selected equities and monitor market news and developments.
Update internal research databases and maintain organized documentation.
Support the creation of investor materials and periodic performance summaries.
Marketing & Business Development:
Assist in creating marketing materials, including marketing strategies, presentations, pitch decks, and reports.
Support content creation for newsletters, social media, and client communications.
Help analyze market positioning and identify opportunities for growth and outreach.
Contribute to branding and messaging strategies.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with leadership on strategic initiatives and special projects.
Collaborate with team members across research, consulting, marketing and operations.
Assist in preparing client-facing materials and internal presentations.
Stay informed on market trends and industry developments.
Compliance & Administration:
Ensure research and reporting follow internal standards and compliance guidelines.
Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, data organization, and process improvements.
Maintain internal systems and workflows for research, marketing, and analysis.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Humanities, Science, or a related field.

Strong interest in financial markets, consulting, and business strategy.
Background in investments, financial analysis, marketing, or modeling is not required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Work Environment:
Consulting & Finance Interns typically work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, often putting in long hours per week.
Preferred Skills:
Financial modeling and equity valuation skills (Excel and other analytical tools; familiarity with Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar platforms).
Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a disciplined, hypothesis driven research approach and strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and recommendations.
